The original reflex spray is a popular pain-relieving spray among many athletes. The warmth generated by using the reflex spray reduces pain experienced in case of bruising, strains, or sprains. The Reflex Spray can also be helpful for injuries. It is possible to use the reflex spray before and after physical activity. The spray works preventively by applying it before exercising, and it also helps prevent overloading. Using the Reflex Spray eliminates the need for massage. In fact, massage is even discouraged.

Usage advice for Reflex Spray
Spray the spray from a distance of 20 cm. A few seconds are sufficient. The spray can be used in all directions. Depending on the complaint, it is recommended to use the reflex spray 3 to 4 times a day. In case of heavy exertion, it is advisable to spray the muscles before and after exertion. Do not massage.
Ingredients list of Reflex Spray
Turpentine oil (65mg), Camphor (40 mg), menthol (40mg per 1 ml), methyl salicylate (25mg), benzyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, propellant/carbon dioxide. Do not use if allergic to any of these substances, in children under 12 years of age, and do not use on wounds or mucous membranes. If your complaint does not improve after 5 days, or even worsens with the use of the reflex spray, please contact your doctor.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically acquire possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Reflexspraywebwinkel.nl, Merumerbroekweg 8, 6049 CX Merum - Netherlands, info@reflexspraywebwinkel.nl, Phone: +31 0475 202.150) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:
- the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
